JAPANESE NOODLE, SOBA
This is prepared in a hot soup together with dried mushroom named Shitake in Japanese.
It cost 440 yen.
Soba (Buckwheat) comes from a plant relatively easy to cultivate even when the weather is cold or the soil has worn thin; the grain of this plant is made into Soba flour, then kneaded, finely cut, and cooked for eating.

Kanzaburo Nakamura will perform KABUKI in Germany and Romania.
KABUKI is spread out all over the world.
Kanzaburo Nakamura, the top of KABUKI group named Heisei Nakamuraza, will perform KABUKI in Germany and Romania in May.
We are happy because many people all over the world see Japanese culture.
But,unfortunately, Japanese People including me don't know about KABUKI.
We must have interest in Japan!!
I think we can create Happy Japan with learning Japanese tradition.

SANUKI-UDON
Last Thursday I went to UDON restaurant.
At first, I ordered KAMATAMA-MENTAI, UDON with egg and mentaiko.
And then UDON master started boiling UDON.
It took just 5 minutes. It is good that we can eat without waiting.
I'll give you a question.
Do you know what it is?
In fact I saw it here at the first time.
Answer is UDON-soup faucet. we use it, when we eat hot UDON.
