I know what is this but I don't want to said it. Because may be you could thing I am very old because I used this kind of things. I also used electric ones.
Graphic designers are using computers now but in past it was a very usefully machine.

I had a mistake. I had thought this was used only in Japan. It is not true.
But, maybe, there are people who donot know this tool.
This is over 40years old!
Now I also donot ues it.
